LOS ANGELES, CALIFORNIA: Debra Messing has reportedly ensued an old feud with her former co-star Megan Mullally by targeting her in a post after she hung out with Susan Sarandon.

Sarandon recently faced backlash for her controversial statement about the Israel/Palestine issue.

Messing is reportedly not on good terms with Mullaly with whom she co-starred in the popular sitcom 'Will & Grace'.

The feud between the two has been an old one. However, none of them have confirmed it officially.

But in 2020, Mullally told The Sun without naming anyone, "I've been bullied - I'm 60 and I'm being bullied right now, so you know it's a very insidious and dangerous thing and I never want to lose that happy and innocent part of myself but it's almost like you have to kill that."

"But I never will, it's part of who I am, it's intrinsic to my nature," the actress shared.

Megan Mullally allegedly went out with Susan Sarandon

Recently, Messing took to her Instagram Stories and posted a tweet from September by a user.

The tweet said as per RadarOnline.com, “For the eight remaining people still emotionally invested in the Debra Messing/Megan Mullally feud, Eric McCormack said on his podcast that Megan recently went to see Sean Hayes' play... with Susan Sarandon.”

The 55-year-old actress shared the tweet after United Talent Agency (UTA) disassociated itself from Sarandon following her November statement at a pro-Palestinian rally.

Susan Sarandon says ‘phrasing was a terrible mistake’

At the rally, the 77-year-old actress reportedly remarked that the Jews in the US were “getting a taste of what it feels like to be a Muslim in this country.”

Eventually, she apologized, saying, “Recently, I attended a rally alongside a diverse group of activists seeking to highlight the urgent humanitarian crisis in Gaza and call for a ceasefire. I had not planned to speak but was invited to take the stage and say a few words.”

The ‘Blue Bettle’ star also noted, “Intending to communicate my concern for an increase in hate crimes, I said that Jewish Americans, as the targets of rising antisemitic hate, ‘are getting a taste of what it is like to be Muslim in this country, so often subjected to violence.’”

“This phrasing was a terrible mistake, as it implies that until recently Jews have been strangers to persecution when the opposite is true,” she added.

This came after in 2020, ‘Will & Grace’ creator Max Mutchnick hinted that not all was good between the show’s stars.

Mutchnick said, “We always work under this kind of motto that everything’s about the work."

He added, "It’s just about the work. And so if we stay true to that, then we just keep you guys out of whatever happened on the set this year because it would have done nothing but get in the way of the stories that we wanted to tell."
