Damages were found in the front end of the passenger side of Koss' Honda Element SUV. Moreover, the windshield was shattered and the airbags were deployed.

As per reports, Williams was on his 1986 black Honda bike when the unfortunate incident took place. He was allegedly fatally struck by Koss at around 5.45 pm on Route 30 by Long Trail Auto near Dorset.

It's said that the 'Chesapeake Shores' star got hit when Koss tried to turn left to drive toward an auto repair shop to fix a battery or alternator issue.

Treat Williams was allegedly seen 'flying in the air' after the crash

In the report, a trooper mentioned that Williams' bike "was lodged in the front end" of Koss' car. He also spoke with the auto shop worker, who asserted that Koss was not driving outside the limit at the time of the crash.

Koss' partner claimed to have seen Williams' motorcycle before the collision but said the car driver might not have noticed him. They mentioned, "The next thing it was just boom, and Treat was flying in the air."

Koss has reportedly pled not guilty to a "grossly negligent operation with death resulting" charge. He also asserted that "the facts will show I obeyed all relevant traffic laws, and the state's charges are unwarranted."
