Diane Keaton’s death left an irreplaceable void in Hollywood
Keaton was one of the most admired, honourable, and fun-loving actors in Hollywood. Her sudden passing left the fraternity, friends, and acquaintances in shock, with an outpouring of condolences flooding in from across the industry. Keaton’s family also released a statement confirming her death and its cause.
But one person who was especially affected by her loss was none other than Al Pacino. “When I first heard the news, I was shaken,” Pacino told Deadline.
“Diane was my partner, my friend, someone who brought me happiness and, on more than one occasion influenced the direction of my life. Though over thirty years has passed since we were together, the memories remain vivid, and with her passing, they have returned with a force that is both painful and moving.”
According to the Daily Mail, for Pacino, the late actor was the one who got away. “I know he will forever regret he didn’t make his move when he had the chance,” a source said.
