NEW YORK CITY, NEW YORK: Sean 'Diddy' Combs is now facing accusation from a fourth woman who claims she was gang-raped by Combs and his two associates, including Harve Pierre, the former president of Combs' Bad Boy Entertainment record label, when she was a minor.

The unnamed woman, according to TIME, alleges that the incident occurred in 2003 when she was in 11th grade at a high school in a Detroit suburb.

As per the lawsuit, the woman met Pierre at a lounge, after which he reportedly flew her to New York on a private jet.

She alleges that upon arrival, she was taken to a recording studio where, under the influence of drugs and alcohol, she became unable to provide consent.

As per TIME, the lawsuit details a disturbing account, asserting that Pierre, Combs, and an unidentified man took turns raping her. The recent allegations add to the ongoing legal challenges faced by Combs.

Fourth accuser lodges detailed 14-page complaint against Diddy

As per Daily Mail, the accuser revealed she endured two decades of silent suffering before R&B singer Cassie aka Cassandra Ventura, Combs' ex-girlfriend, filed a lawsuit against him.

The suit alleged savage beatings, drug-fueled hotel orgies, and rape, with Diddy denying the claims and a swift out-of-court settlement reached within 24 hours of the suit going public on November 17.

TIME reported two more lawsuits against Combs were filed a week later. One accuser, a 19-year-old college student in 1991, claimed Combs intentionally drugged and sexually assaulted her after a date in Harlem.

Another lawsuit, as per TIME, involved an unnamed woman accusing Combs and another man of sexual assault and subsequent physical abuse.

The 14-page lawsuit mentioned Combs' alleged ties to the Black Mafia Family (BMA), a drug trafficking and money laundering organization.

As per the Daily Mail, the accuser stated that Pierre, associated with Combs, complimented her appearance, discussed Combs, and facilitated a meeting.

The suit detailed disturbing events, including drug use and forced oral sex, leading to a private jet trip to New York.

As per the Daily Mail, the suit adds, "While the evening became a blur, (the accuser) does recall Mr. Combs, Mr. Pierre and the third assailant hitting on her incessantly, stroking her body, asking to see her 'a**' and telling her how 'hot' and 'sexy' she was.

As the night wore on, the 17-year-old (the accuser) became more and more inebriated, eventually to the point that she could not possibly have consented to having sex with anyone, much less someone twice her age."

According to the Daily Mail, the suit stated, "The attack began with Combs leading the girl to a bathroom where he allegedly removed her underwear and raped her over the sink. with the accuser not consent to having sex with Mr. Combs, but he continued thrusting, with Pierre and the third alleged assailent joining in the heinous act.

The woman claims she could barely stand and had to be helped out of the building before she was put on a plane back to Michigan. She has very limited recollection of her transport home, and only remembers being in her car sometime early in the morning. Her underwear was missing."

Over two decades, she harbored feelings of shame and emotional distress, fearing retaliation if she spoke out.

Diddy responds to the lawsuit

On December 6, Wednesday, Combs took to Twitter to release a new statement titled 'Enough is enough.'

In the statement, Combs said, "For the last couple of weeks I have sat silently and watched people try to assassinate my character, destroy my reputation and my legacy. Sickening allegations have been made against me by individuals lookng for a quick payday. Let me be absolutely clear: I did not do any of the awful things being alleged. I will fight for my name, my family and for the truth."
