'Don’t think he's my guy': Larsa Pippen opens up about her second breakup with Marcus Jordan
LOS ANGELES, CALIFORNIA: Larsa Pippen recently revealed that she had broken up with Marcus Jordan, saying that the man was not her match. She had broken up with the famous son, 33, after more than a year of dating.
'The Real Housewives of Miami' cast member, 49, revealed her single status during an appearance at Amy Robach and TJ Holmes' 'Amy & TJ' podcast on Tuesday, March 26, by saying, "I am single, ready to mingle."
Larsa Pippen thinks Marcus Jordan is not her 'guy'
Marcus Jordan is not her "guy," according to Larsa Pippen, who stated they have ended their relationship permanently.
Pippen declared to the former news anchors and real-life couple, "I am single, ready to mingle," but she later clarified that she is not yet ready for a relationship but will be "soon," per Page Six.
When Robach, 51, and Holmes, 46, asked Pippen if her split with Jordan was due to their 16-year age gap, the 'RHOM' star made it clear that she had dated men who were "way older" than Jordan but yet "way more immature."
"I don’t think it’s the age. I just think it’s where we are right now," said Pippen, who was previously married to former basketball player Scottie Pippen, 58, for 20 years.
She remarked, "I just think we’re on a different journey, you know? I feel like I have to be true to who I am, what I’m doing and what he’s doing, you know? I want him to be happy. He’s a great guy, but I just don’t feel like it’s for me."
Pippen claimed that after spending two weeks alone filming a show, she gained "clarity" about her feelings for Jordan—the son of NBA legend Michael Jordan.
She said, "I think when you’re alone, you kind of either miss the person or realize maybe you’re not my guy, and I feel like that made me realize that I don’t think he’s my guy."
With four children from her previous marriage to Scottie Pippen, the reality TV star revealed that she and Jordan Junior are currently at very different stages of their lives.
"My number one priority is my kids, my businesses, my show and being with someone I can grow with," Pippen said.
"If I’m not growing with you, we kind of have to be at the same place in order to grow together. So, that’s kind of what I want."
Larsa Pippen admits breaking up is difficult despite feeling 'good'
The 'RHOM' star acknowledged that breaking up in general is hard although insisting she is feeling "good" following the split with Marcus Jodan.
The transition to flying alone has not been easy, though. "It’s hard to break up because you’re so used to living with the person," said Pippen.
"We had our podcast together, we worked together, I had him on Housewives, and that was hard because we were used to being together all the time," said 'The Traitors' alum.
"And when I went and shot this other show, I just realized that, Larsa, you’re OK, you’re fine."

Regarding her current relationship status with the fashion entrepreneur, she affirmed, "We’re friends. We were friends for three years before we started dating. I feel like we’re going to be friends eventually. Right now, I feel like, we’re cool."
Regarding the split, a source revealed, "Larsa wants more out of her partner, someone who is motivated like her," per OK! Magazine.
Another insider asserted, "They tried working on their relationship but it's irreconcilable. Larsa just wrapped House of Villains and is focusing on her kids and her single life."
