LOS ANGELES, CALIFORNIA: Drake's highly anticipated Anita Max Win Tour has come to an abrupt halt as the rapper has postponed his remaining concerts in Australia and New Zealand due to what his team describes as a “scheduling conflict.”

In a statement first obtained by Rolling Stone, Drake’s team assured fans that efforts are already underway to reschedule the affected dates while also planning additional shows.

In the statement issued by Drake's team, they shared, “All tickets for the affected shows will remain valid for the new dates. Refunds will be available for those who prefer, but please note that as these shows are sold out, any refunded tickets will be released for sale."

“We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience and appreciate your patience," the statement continued.

"Drake and the entire team have had an incredible time doing these shows and are excited to return soon," they added.

The announcement concluded by promising that new tour dates would be shared as soon as possible.

Drake began his Anita Max Win Tour on February 4 at Perth’s RAC Arena, thrilling audiences across Melbourne, Sydney, and Brisbane.

The rapper even surprised fans with unexpected performances at two Melbourne venues, further energizing the excitement surrounding his shows.

However, the tour’s remaining performances, which included one in Brisbane, one in Sydney, and two in Auckland, New Zealand, have now been officially canceled, leaving many fans disappointed.

Drake being a generous star on and off stage

Despite the unexpected cancellation, Drake made a lasting impression on his Anita Max Win tour stops.

Beyond delivering electrifying performances, the rapper was notably generous with his fans, gifting tens of thousands of dollars throughout the tour.

During one show, he upgraded a pregnant fan to VIP seating and personally gifted her $30,000.

At another concert, he handed $20,000 to a fan celebrating their birthday.

Another lucky audience member received $25,000 after holding up a poster with a sweet message about Drake’s son, Adonis, according to People.

Drake's surprise album drop amidst tour

Amid his Australian tour, Drake surprised fans with a brand-new collaborative album.

On February 14, he released '$ome $exy $ongs 4 U' alongside 'PARTYNEXTDOOR', a project that quickly soared to No. 1 on the Billboard 200 chart.

The surprise release added to the excitement of the tour before its abrupt postponement.
