In the resurfaced interview with Vulture, Dylan O’Brien said, “I have a trans, non-binary sibling and I know people in my personal life as well who are queer. I am so grateful for how much it deepens my experience in this world.” This quote was reposted by Gay Times on Instagram.
Julz responded to the post before it was deleted, writing, “He also hasn’t spoken to me in over a year.”
They continued, “He didn’t check in when I had top surgery. He didn’t even wish me a happy bday last week!”
They added, “But glad I could deepen his experience in this world and make the world love him that much more," as reported by Page Six.
Julz also clarified their identity in the comment, saying they are transmasculine and use he/they pronouns.
