Elon Musk corrects social media user's mistaken assumption about the identity of his ‘oldest son’

WASHINGTON, DC: Elon Musk is not letting anyone make a wrong assumption about his children, as the Tesla CEO recently corrected a social media user for mistakenly assuming the identity of one of his children.
Recently, the tech billionaire went for a lunch outing with one of his elder children, as he was photographed during the outing. However, when a social media user marveled at the fact that he was bonding with his “oldest son,” Elon corrected the user’s misconception.

Posting a picture of Elon Musk with his child, an X (formerly Twitter) user by the name Eva McMillan wrote, “It’s really nice to see Elon Musk with his oldest son.”
Soon after, however, the X owner corrected the user and revealed that it was not his oldest son, but rather his other son.
Replying to the tweet, Elon wrote, “That’s Kai, not Griffin," to which the netizen gushed, "Kai looks just as handsome as you Elon."
While Elon shares both Griffin and Kai with his ex-wife, Justine Musk, Kai is not the eldest.
The previously married couple welcomed their first child, Nevada Alexander, in 2002, but the baby tragically died in infancy.
Elon and the Canadian author went on to welcome five more children together, including twins Vivian and Griffin and triplets Kai, Saxon, and Damian.
Apart from his children with Wilson, Elon welcomed several other children with three more women.

With his ex-girlfriend, singer Grimes, the billionaire welcomed three children, son X Æ A-12, daughter Exa Dark Sideræl, and son Techno Mechanicus.
Elon also secretly welcomed twins Strider and Azure with Neuralink executive Shivon Zilis. They welcomed their third child, Arcadia, in February 2024.
Conservative influencer Ashley St Clair made a bombshell claim on Valentine's Day that she had given birth to Musk’s 13th child, whom she has named Romulus. While Elon is yet to comment on the matter, a Labcorp report listed the “Probability of Paternity” as 99.9999%, as per an article by The Wall Street Journal.
Soon after Ashley's announcement, Shivon revealed that she and Elon had welcomed their fourth child, Seldon Lycurgus.
Internet reacts as Elon Musk corrects user about identity of 'oldest son'
As Elon Musk set things straight about which child he was dining with, the social media naturally had a lot to say on the matter.
Referencing the tech billionaire's large brood, one quipped, "We need an org chart for your children."
Another, however, praised the billionaire for spending quality time with his child, and wrote, "I’m happy when I see that you’re spending time with your son…that’s beautiful… ❤️."
"Handsome young man ✨🤩💫," gushed someone else, before adding, "Great to see your older children in public with you…👌🏼."
"Tough to know all of the Musk clan 😂," an individual joked, while another said, "It’s wild how kids can look like a clone of you now but not resemble your younger self at all! Mini-me magic at its finest. 😄 👏🏻."
Someone else even suggested matchmaking Kai with President Donald Trump's granddaughter, Kai Trump, writing, "Fix him up with Trump's granddaughter, Kai!!! 😂🍿😂."
"He looks just like you, the eyes, the eyebrows, the intensity of his gaze! You can see that he is serious and interested in the work he is there for!" pointed out another netizen.
