His daughter, Hailie Jade Scott, and her husband, Evan McClintock, have welcomed their first child together.
The couple announced the birth of their baby boy, Elliot Marshall McClintock, on Instagram on Friday, April 4, revealing he arrived on March 14.

Hailie Jade Scott shared the first photo of her newborn, who wore a light blue hooded sweater and posed in front of a sign that read, “Elliot Marshall McClintock 03.14.25.”
The middle name pays tribute to Eminem, whose real name is Marshall Mathers.
“Happy due date//3 weeks earthside little e 🤍,” Scott wrote in her caption on Instagram.
The Grammy-winning rapper, 52, found out about his daughter's pregnancy during the filming of his October music video, 'Temporary'.
In the clip, Scott gave her father a blue football jersey labeled "Grandpa" with the number 1 and a sonogram image. Eminem’s jaw dropped as he teared up, overwhelmed by the news.

The following week, Scott revealed the baby’s gender on her podcast, 'Just a Little Shady', using a blue confetti balloon.
“Evan was like, ‘They’re going to hunt with me. They’re going to go golfing with me. I've got a little buddy,’” Scott said on her podcast, adding, “I was like, ‘OK, well, they’re still going to Target with me.’”
McClintock responded, “Whether it was a girl or boy, I would have made them do it. Or hoped they would want to do it at least.”
During the final episode of the podcast before giving birth, Scott expressed her excitement and nervousness about motherhood, calling her soon-to-arrive son her “dream podcast guest.”
“It’s so weird to think about… I can't even wrap my head around it,” Scott said. “I have to meet this human that I've created. What's he gonna look like? What's he gonna ... what's his personality gonna be [like]? It’s strange but super exciting," she added.
