LOS ANGELES, CALIFORNIA: Rapper Drake stirred up a storm of criticism recently when he took aim at fellow rappers Kendrick Lamar and Future among other rivals.

This isn't the first round in Drake's ongoing feud with Lamar. At a recent concert, the crowd erupted as Drake unleashed a fiery rant against Lamar, who seemed to have targeted Drake in his latest collaborative album.

Meanwhile, Drake sparked a wave of disgust across social media when he shared a video revealing the staggering amount of sweat he generates during each show.

While the clip was meant to showcase the energy and effort involved in his massive concerts, Drake's flaunting of his sweat production didn't sit well with many social media users.

According to Variety, Lamar caused a stir on social media last Friday with his uncredited verse on Metro Boomin and Future's track 'Like That' featured on their newly dropped joint album 'We Don't Trust You'.

Lamar didn't hold back in his fiery verse, addressing his grievances with fellow rappers in no uncertain terms. Specifically targeting Drake and J Cole in response to their track 'First Person Shooter' from the 2023 album 'For All the Dogs'.

Variety reports that in Drake and Cole's song, Cole rapped, "Love when they argue the hardest MC, Is it K. Dot? Is it Aubrey? Or me? We the big three, like we started a league.”

In his verse on 'Like That, Lamar fired back, rapping, "Yeah get up with me, f**k sneak dissing ‘First Person Shooter,’ I hope they came with three switches, Motherf**k the big three, (n-word), it’s just big me."

Drake didn't take Lamar's jab lightly.

He took to Instagram with a post captioned, "They rather go to war with me than admit they are their own worst enemy 😂" Vibe reports that the post included images of the 'God's Plan' rapper striking poses, hanging out with Sexyy Red, and performing with flames in the background.

The timing of Drake's post was intriguing, as just hours earlier, Rick Ross shared an Instagram story of himself cruising around and vibing to Lamar’s verse on 'Like That', according to Vibe.

However, netizens were not impressed with Drake's non-musical response to the diss.

Another user called out Drake and wrote, "Kendrick is better than Drake".

A user commented, "We want a response that comes from the studio not an IG caption"

Another user commented, "I'll be happy to see the Drake era end. Looks like it's finally happening."

A user stated, "Why can’t he just come out with a diss track instead of posting instagram captions. Lmfao".
