Ex-girlfriend Kim Porter’s death in 2018 ‘rocked’ Diddy, source claims 'it was all down from there'
LOS ANGELES, CALIFORNIA: Sean Love Combs, popularly known as Diddy, has currently been embroiled in multiple lawsuits accusing him of sex trafficking and sexual abuse.
His two mansions in Los Angeles and his Miami were raided by federal investigators recently as he faces several sexual misconduct allegations.
Kim Porter’s death ‘was a massive shock’ for Diddy
Amid these controversies, a tipster has disclosed that the rapper's life began spiraling when his ex-girlfriend Kim Porter died.
The insider told Us Weekly, “When Kim died, it rocked Diddy’s world. It was a massive shock and a turning point.”
“All the other women in his life were playthings. Kim was the real deal. It was all down from there,” they stated.
The source also addressed the accusations against the ‘All About the Benjamins’ hitmaker as they added, “I’m very surprised at how ugly and dark this is. We were close. Something has gone very wrong. This isn’t what he used to be about.”
Kim Porter and Diddy were ‘were more than best friends’
Diddy and the model had been in an on-and-off relationship from 1994 to 2007 and were parents to 26-year-old son King and twin daughters D’Lila and Jessie, 17.
But in 2018, Porter lost her life to lobar pneumonia, leaving the 54-year-old record executive devastated.
At the time, Diddy reportedly said, “For the last three days I’ve been trying to wake up out of this nightmare. But I haven’t. I don’t know what I’m going to do without you baby. I miss you so much.
“Today I’m going to pay tribute to you, I’m going to try and find the words to explain our unexplainable relationship.”
“We were more than best friends, we were more than soulmates. WE WERE SOME OTHER S**T!! And I miss you so much. Super Black Love,” he added.
Diddy’s lawyer blasts law enforcement officials
The insider’s statement came after Diddy’s lawyer slammed the law enforcement officials for raiding his two properties.
Aaron Dyer reportedly stated, “[Last week], there was a gross overuse of military-level force as search warrants were executed at Mr. Combs’ residences. There is no excuse for the excessive show of force and hostility exhibited by authorities or the way his children and employees were treated.”
“This unprecedented ambush — paired with an advanced, coordinated media presence — leads to a premature rush to judgment of Mr. Combs and is nothing more than a witch hunt based on meritless accusations made in civil lawsuits,” he added.
