WASHINGTON, DC: Since conservative icon Charlie Kirk's tragic killing on September 10, Candace Owens has been vocal about the devastating incident that shook the entire nation. She has shared several conspiracy theories, including allegations that Israel had a role to play in his death.

Recently, a video of the conservative firebrand has been circulating online, with people claiming that she accused President Donald Trump's administration of killing Charlie Kirk. But is there any truth to this? Let us find out below.

Claim: Candace Owens accused Trump admin of killing Charlie Kirk

Former Turning Point USA member Candace Owens has made fresh accusations regarding Charlie Kirk, leading many on social media to wonder if the conservative firebrand is now pointing at President Donald Trump himself.

An X user shared a clip of Owens and captioned it, "Candace Owens is now DIRECTLY ACCUSING the Trump administration of killing Charlie Kirk, 'they DEFINITELY killed you'."

Similarly, another X user wrote, "So Candace Owens is now directly accusing Trump of killing Charlie Kirk… She says that she 'just knows'. If you listen to a single thing this lunatic says, you cannot be helped. And people had the audacity to tell me I was wrong to call her out…"

Owens could be heard saying in the clip, "He gave so much of his life to Trump & to politics, and they were just like NOPE. That’s it. So here’s a holiday. What is with them giving them a holiday after they kill them? As soon as they give you a holiday, they definitely killed you. There’s no question, they killed you."

Fact Check: False, Candace Owens made no direct accusation at Trump

The claims made in the online rumor are false, as there is no direct accusation leveled at Donald Trump in the viral clip featuring Candace Owens.

Moreover, one of the X profiles that shared the clip had removed a portion of her speech. Additionally, X’s AI chatbot, Grok, fact-checked the claims and stated, "No, Candace Owens didn't directly accuse Donald Trump personally of killing Charlie Kirk."

It added, "In the clip, she implied the group granting him a holiday, framed by critics as the Trump administration, likely killed him, but she clarified it points to Feds' patterns when implicated. She hasn't tied this specific claim to Israel here, though she often critiques Zionists separately."

Candace Owens says Charlie Kirk spoke to her in a vivid dream

In early October, Candace Owens claimed that Charlie Kirk appeared to her in a dream and told her that he had been betrayed.

During an episode of her 'Candace' podcast, Owens shared what she described as a “message from beyond.” “I want you guys to know something. I want to share this with you. You can take it or you can leave it, but Charlie was betrayed,” Owens said.

She added, “I’ve known this really since the first second, but I rarely have vivid dreams, and I did in fact have a very vivid one over the weekend. In fact, the last time that I had a super vivid dream, I was pregnant. It tends to happen a lot to women when they’re pregnant.”

Owens also said that she believes dreams can be more than just subconscious static and that they can serve as a form of spiritual communication.
