The article claimed that the actor apparently made the statement on social media, prompting Musk to respond with a thinking face emoji.

Moreover, it claimed that neither Johnson nor Musk "has made any further statements to clarify the situation."

Fact Check: No evidence to prove that any such incident actually happened

The claims made in the online post appear to be false, as there is no proper evidence to back the claim that Dwayne Johnson threatened to punch Elon Musk, according to Check Your Fact.

Moreover, the fact-checking outlet conducted a content detection scan using GPTZero, and the results showed that the article text was 100% AI-generated.

Donald Trump hints Elon Musk could be going back to run his 'big company'

President Donald Trump on April 1 said that he wants to keep Elon Musk at the White House for as long as he is willing to oversee DOGE, but added that the tech mogul's time could be nearing an end, as per USA Today.

He told reporters, "I think he's been amazing, but I also think he's got a big company to run. And at some point, he's going to be going back. He wants to."

Musk is working in the Trump administration as a "special government employee." For this role, a person is expected to perform duties for the government for 130 days or less in a 365-day period.

This implies that Musk's tenure would end by the end of May if the White House follows the federal guidelines and his government status isn't changed, according to USA Today.

Trump added, "I'd keep him as long as I could keep him. He's a very talented guy. You know, I love very smart people. And he's very smart, and he's done a good job."
