Claim: Donald Trump gifted Trump Force One to Make-A-Wish Foundation

The Make-A-Wish Foundation fulfills wishes for children with life-threatening illnesses.

The claim first appeared online in early December 2025. The Facebook account America’s Last Line of Defense shared the claim on December 8, including a caption stating, "President Trump has gifted his famous "Trump Force One" campaign 737 to the Make-A-Wish Foundation so kids can travel anywhere to make their wish come true."

The post also claimed that Trump said, "I don't really need it anymore, so I figured I'd give it to the children. They've been through so much. Thank you for all you do, Mr. President!"

Different versions of the post circulated on other platforms.

On Instagram, one caption read, "My granddaughter received a trip from the Make-A-Wish Foundation before she passed away. This gift from President Trump is so appreciated by families like ours. Thank you Mr. President for the generous gift to our children."

On X the post shared the same claim, including an image of Trump with the caption, "Trump has gifted his famous 'Trump Force One' campaign 737 to Make-A-Wish Foundation so kids can travel anywhere to make their wish come true. 'I don't really need it anymore,' Trump said to reporters, 'so I figured I'd give it to the children. They've been through so much.'"

Fact Check: False, labeled as satire

Some readers appeared to take the post as a factual account, but there is no evidence that Trump gifted his plane to the foundation. The post originated from America’s Last Line of Defense, a social media account and website that publishes humorous or satirical content.

The about page states, "everything on this website is fiction. It is not a lie and it is not fake news because it is not real. Any similarities between this site's pure fantasy and actual people, places, and events are purely coincidental and all images should be considered altered and satirical.

A search using keywords “Trump Make-A-Wish Foundation” mainly returned results linked to the claim. If the story were true, reputable news organizations would have reported it.

Following Trump’s presidential victory in November 2024, flight tracking websites such as CelebrityPrivateJetTracker.com stopped monitoring his private campaign plane, possibly for security reasons. The last recorded flight activity was on November 21, 2024.

A review of the Make-A-Wish Foundation’s website found no indication that Trump had gifted his plane. The most recent news release, as of this writing, is dated September 9, 2025.
