WASHINGTON, DC: A viral Facebook post claimed that President Donald Trump shared a profanity-laced post on Truth Social after the November 2025 election results. The rumor spread online following the announcement of key Democratic victories on Tuesday, November 4.

On Wednesday, November 5, a Facebook post alleged that Trump lashed out at voters who chose Democrats over Republicans. The big question is: Did Donald Trump actually post a cuss-filled rant against voters for electing Democrats?

Claim: Donald Trump shared a cuss-filled Truth Social post after Democrats’ election wins

The story began when Facebook user Jason Shulman, the admin of a page called #IfObamaDidIt, shared what appeared to be a screenshot of a Truth Social post by Trump. The viral image read, “I got rid of all the illegal voters out there, and this is how the rest of you treat me? Fine, America. F* YOU!!!!”

The supposed post quickly gained traction online, creating the impression that Trump was furious about Republican candidates’ poor showing against Democrats. The post amassed more than 1,000 likes and 1,200 shares within hours.

It circulated soon after Democrats won several key contests, including the governor’s races in Virginia and New Jersey and the New York City mayoral election.

Fact Check: Donald Trump Did Not Post a Cuss-Filled Message Against Voters

There is no credible evidence that Trump made such a post on his verified Truth Social account or on Trumpstruth.org. The alleged post containing profanity and references to “illegal voters” does not appear on his profile or in any verified archives.

Major media outlets such as Fox News, BBC News, Mediaite, The Hill, and The New York Post have not reported on such a message. Similarly, no reputable video channels, podcasts, or online platforms have shared the alleged post.

According to Snopes, a spokesperson from the White House Press Office confirmed via email that the viral screenshot was fake. The fabricated image used Trump’s real profile photo and mimicked official-looking symbols such as a pink check mark and a white plus sign, making it appear authentic at first glance.

While Trump did post about the election on November 4, his actual message was far more restrained, “If affordability is your issue, VOTE REPUBLICAN! Energy costs, as an example, are plummeting getting close to 2 dollar a gallon gasoline. When energy goes down, everything else follows, and it has!!! President DJT.”

In short, the viral image was fabricated to appear real, but no record or official acknowledgment supports its authenticity.
