Feeding America confirms Taylor Swift's $5M donation for hurricane relief efforts

A claim about Taylor Swift's philanthropy has been proven false, as Feeding America confirmed that she didn’t donate just a single penny, but rather several hundred million pennies to support Hurricane Helene victims, according to People.

Claire Babineaux-Fontenot, the CEO of Feeding America, expressed deep gratitude for Swift's generous contribution.

In a statement, the organization shared, "We're incredibly grateful to Taylor Swift for her generous $5 million donation to Hurricanes Helene and Milton relief efforts. This contribution will help communities rebuild and recover, providing essential food, clean water, and supplies to people affected by these devastating storms."

The statement added, "Together we can make a real impact in supporting families as they navigate the challenges ahead. Thank you, Taylor, for standing with us in the movement to end hunger and for helping communities in need."

Notably, MEAWW also previously debunked claims that Swift declined to participate in Kid Rock's benefit concert for hurricane victims.
