Addressing his fans, Joel expressed his regret over the postponement but prioritized his health.

Billy Joel suffered fall on stage before medical procedure
Billy Joel’s health concerns follow an incident in February when he fell during a performance at Mohegan Sun resort in Monteville, Connecticut.
He was singing 'It's Still Rock and Roll to Me' when he lost his balance and fell backward, as per Daily Mail.
His band helped him back up, and he managed to finish the show with one more song.
In an interview with BBC Radio 2's Zoe Ball, Joel discussed his lifestyle habits.
When asked if he maintains a healthy routine, he responded candidly, "None of the above. I don’t think I look all that good. But I don’t look in the mirror that often, which helps a lot."
He said, "There’s a saying, 'things don’t look half bad with one eye closed.'"

"Totally gutted but also totally understandable. What’s another 12 months to see this legend? Go well Billy, hopefully, you’ll be feeling better soon," another added.
"Take care of yourself. Your family needs you," one more fan wrote.
"Maybe at your age, you shouldn’t have thrown that microphone stand across the stage", another wrote.
Tickets for the postponed shows will remain valid for the rescheduled concerts.
The tour will resume in November, with Joel set to perform in Detroit alongside Fleetwood Mac’s Stevie Nicks.
