Fatman Scoop rushed out of stage on a stretcher after collapsing
At around 8.33 pm local, the authorities arrived on the scene, wheeled the hip-hop legend on a stretcher and immediately took him to the hospital. As of now, no further information about his condition has been revealed.
Video captured by the audience showed the gut-wrenching moment when the beloved rapper collapsed on the stage. Before the unfortunate moment, Fatman Scoop shouted to the attendees, "Let's make some noise!"
Shirtless, he then moved to the DJ booth at the back of the stage and screamed, "I said Hamden make some noise!" The 'No Popcorn' singer was then seen climbing the steps to the DJ booth, but his microphone captured him panting.
The rapper continued entertaining the crowd from a spotlight-filled stage behind the booth.
"If you came to the party," he continued but took a long pause and, in slurred words, added, "Make some noise." Immediately after the words, he dropped onto the stage along with his microphone.
The audience screamed and gasped, witnessing the moment.

Later, one from the entourage attempted to revive the crowd, shouting, "How y'all feeling out there!?"
"We wanna know what happened!" a woman could be heard asking. "Are they doing CPR?" another inquired.
