TJ Holmes reveals reason behind 'failed movie night' with Amy Robach as he shares snap with iHeart family
NEW YORK CITY, NEW YORK: Former ‘Good Morning America’ star TJ Holmes and Amy Robach appear to be reveling in the successful launch of their new podcast, ‘Amy & TJ.'
The gruesome challenge to make their new venture worthwhile and exciting for their listeners has now seemed to exhaust and tire the couple.
This exhaustion has now seeped into their personal life as Holmes addressed it in an Instagram snap where the couple can be seen falling asleep on the couch before the television with their dog next to them.
Holmes promoted the newly released second episode of their podcast by sharing this photo and detailing the reason behind their epic “movie night fail.”

TJ Holmes and Amy Robach share a tiresome post after eventful weekend
Holmes found a new way to garner buzz for the couple’s new podcast together. The 46-year-old took to Instagram and shared a snap of the couple sleeping next to each other on the couch as the light from the television illuminated their faces.
A Christmas tree can be spotted in the background while their dog also lies asleep on the couch.
Holmes used this as an opportunity to boast about all the work the couple had done recently and then pivoted to the larger point of promoting the podcast.
Holmes wrote in the caption, “The reason behind this movie night fails. Plus, a yacht rock wedding, the text message you need to send NOW, our dinner with a media mogul, how @wipeout keeps us sane, whether @sarahaines is gonna keep her job, the red carpet habit I’m trying to break, the love I got from Arkansas and Tennessee.”
He revealed that the couple will be addressing all of it and then some more in the second episode. “AND a dedication to a beautiful young soul we lost to breast cancer just days ago. All of that in Episode 2 which dropped TODAY.”
Holmes and Robach spoke about their relationship extensively during the first episode of their podcast.
The couple took on a lot of burning questions especially all the drama surrounding their union and their egress from ‘GMA’ because of it. However, the duo since decided to do a ‘tell-all’ show where they wanted to bring out their side of the story.

‘Amy & TJ’s’ podcast has been launched on the iHeartRadio app but is also available on other platforms.
The duo are now important members of the iHeart community and recently attended the iHeart Jingle Ball together.
They continue to express their gratitude towards the platform for allowing them to share their story. Robach honored new important members of the iHeart community by sharing a snap from their recent interaction.
In the snap, Robach and Holmes can be seen with two executives from iHeartRadio, all dressed in black.
The former ‘GMA3’ host captioned the snap, “Heart our new work family (with heart emoji).”
