WASHINGTON, DC: Fox News anchor Howard Kurtz raised concerns regarding Donald Trump's remarks about an alleged assassination plot against him, emphasizing the potential danger of such rhetoric.

He shared his apprehensions during a panel discussion on the latest edition of 'Media Buzz', stating, "It only takes a couple of crazy people" to react, hinting at the unfounded accusations aimed at President Joe Biden's Department of Justice.

During the segment, Kurtz noted that a fundraising letter from the Trump campaign claimed, "Biden's DOJ was authorized to shoot me! ... Joe Biden was locked & loaded ready to take me out & put my family in danger."

Subsequently, the Fox News host told Reason Senior Editor Robby Soave that Trump had falsely accused Biden's Justice Department of attempting to kill him because a search warrant on Mar-a-Lago authorized deadly force, which is standard language," as per RawStory.

"I mean, we've got to tell the truth. It is common practice. Also, they knew that Trump was not there at Mar-a-Lago," admitted Soave.

Kurtz emphasized that the FBI picked a date for the raid when the ex-POTUS wouldn't be present at his Florida residence. He also mentioned that the authorities did possess a court-issued warrant.

Kurtz pointed out to guest Lucy Caldwell that a search warrant issued for Biden's home used the same language.

Caldwell remarked, "But a former sitting president pursuing and promoting the idea that we should act as though the current president sent and sicced FBI agents on him to shoot and kill him. That is very, very dangerous."

"Right," said Kurtz, adding, "But, you know, it only takes a couple of crazy people. So I hope this all settles down."

A netizen wrote, "After more than ten years, Kurtz briefly wakes up and looks around. Not to worry, Kurtz will return to his coma before you can say Dotard Donald."

Another added, "Kurtz is no different than Lindsey Graham. Tell the TRUTH for one week then FLIP the following week," and one more said, "Dump is an idiot and needs to be injected with bleach and have a strong uv lamp shoved up his ass."

A person expressed, "I am to the point that If we have to have political violence, I hope the MAGAts are wearing their Trump gear when it happens. So maybe some undecided voters might finally wake up and realize there is nothing good when it comes to MAGAts."

"Kurtz is a spineless turncoat, who has made his living apologizing for liars, traitors, con men and morons," declared someone else, while another person added, "Sounds like Fox is getting worried about their monster that they created. Clean up on aisle 5."

"When Fox is calling you crazy you know you have 'issues,'" quipped an individual. One more stated, "It only takes a couple of crazy people and somehow Trump has collected 70 million of them."
