Fox News host Kayleigh McEnany announces her third pregnancy with husband Sean Gilmartin on air

NEW YORK CITY, NEW YORK: Kayleigh McEnany surprised viewers with exciting news during a live segment of Fox News' 'Outnumbered' on Monday, March 17. The host revealed that she is expecting her third child.
The 36-year-old former White House press secretary shared the joyful announcement with her co-hosts, confirming that she and her husband, former New York Mets pitcher Sean Patrick Gilmartin, are expanding their family.

The newborn will join their two children, son Nash, 2, and daughter Blake, 5.

In a video shared on X (formerly Twitter) on March 17, Kayleigh McEnany revealed that she is expecting her third child. The announcement was paired with the caption, "Baby number 3 is on the way! Do you think it's a girl or a boy?"
During the live segment on Fox News, McEnany excitedly told viewers, "Last but not least, I've been teasing a big announcement. Sean and I are expecting our third child, which we're so excited about."
Dressed in a bright pink blazer for the broadcast, McEnany clarified that her outfit wasn’t a clue to the baby’s gender, noting that she was also wearing blue pumps and there was a blue pacifier on the screen.
"This coloring is not an indication of the gender. We're going to be doing a gender reveal," she explained.
McEnany shared more details about her pregnancy, revealing that her baby is due in June.
"I hope you will join me on this journey. I will be live talking about this on social media [and] on the show. We'll do a gender reveal here," she said, promising to continue sharing updates on social media and during live broadcasts.

She also gave a glimpse of her baby's sonogram, adding, "It's very sweet. It's been a special time. I've been pregnant during Christmas and during Thanksgiving, and my daughter Blake now knows, so she runs up and holds my stomach and is like, 'Let me kiss the baby,'"
