NEW YORK CITY, NEW YORK: Fox News personalities Sean Hannity and Ainsley Earhardt have chosen to live separately, and in different states, until they are tied in holy matrimony.

As reported by Express US, the longtime ‘Hannity’ host, 63, has reportedly permanently moved to Florida, where he bought a $23.5 million waterfront estate near Palm Beach around Thanksgiving last year.

His fiancee, 48, has chosen to stay back in New York in a luxury Manhattan condo that only houses eight residences.

As reported by The US Sun, while Earhardt has chosen to stay back in New York, she is living in a high-end apartment, which she shares with her nine-year-old daughter Hayden, whom she shares with her ex, Will Proctor.

The apartments in her building often sell for over $10 million, and boast a 24-hour doorman and sweeping views.

Profiling the residence, The Conservateur described the interior to be "like an elevated Palm Beach jungle," filled with "leopard, zebra, and other whimsical patterns, exotic antique pottery, and stylish drapes, tassels, and needlepoint pillows.”

The publication further described the property as having amalgamated the "Southern charm with New York City sophistication to create a cohesive, uplifting space."

While Earhardt has been living in an urban reimagination of the Palm Beach jungle, her partner purchased a waterfront property in Florida last year.

Boasting a hefty price tag of $23.5 million, the mansion "offers scenic ocean and Intracoastal views throughout,” noted a listing, as quoted by Irish Star

Situated about 30 minutes from the center, the sprawling mansion features eight bedrooms and ten-and-a-half bathrooms, apart from boasting a heated resort-style pool complete with a spa and an expansive lawn.

Sean Hannity and Ainsley Earhardt announced their engagement last year

The news of the couple maintaining separate residences until their marriage came just a little over three months after Hannity and Earhardt announced their engagement. According to People, speculations about their relationship started back in 2020 when a source shared that the couple had started dating quietly.

Speaking to Fox News in December, the couple announced their engagement on December 26, noting, "We are overjoyed and so thankful to our families for all of their love and support during this wonderful time in our lives.”

Prior to their engagement, both television personalities were previously married.

While Hannity and his ex-wife, Jill Rhodes, divorced in 2019 after more than 20 years of marriage, Earhardt -- who married her ex Will Proctor in 2012 -- finalized their divorce in the same year. The 'Fox & Friends' co-host was also married to Kevin McKinney from 2005 to 2009.
