“It almost gets weirder as time goes on because I’m like, ‘Wow, it’s been a long time since I’ve heard from Bob.’ And I’m like, ‘Oh,’” she said.

“It’s so weird to have gone two years without getting a crazy long text from him or a neurotic phone call. It’s so weird that it’s been two years," she added.

Jodie Sweetin, who played Stephanie Tanner, agreed and said she often sees people who remind her of him.

"I’m getting used to him not being here. But then, I know Bob would want me to get on with my life. Yet, letting it drift away feels wrong too. It’s such a drag that death is a part of life," he wrote in part on his Instagram.

Candace Cameron Bure, who played DJ Tanner, said she felt Bob’s presence through the birds she saw on the day he died and after. “The birds just reminded me of him in spirit saying, ‘I’m here and I love you,’” she said, adding “And it was just like, ‘OK, I see you, Bob.’”

“He gave us this. He gave us this moment right here. Always keep that person alive somehow, and that’s what we’re doing. And I think through grief, that’s a really important thing to remember is to keep them alive just by talking about them, and celebrating them and remembering them in a way that they would want you to,” he added.

In an Instagram post, he wrote, "Bob was always hugging me. I sure miss those hugs. I sure miss Bob. I loved him so much."
