‘General Hospital’ star Johnny Wactor’s shooting death leads to four arrests
LOS ANGELES, CALIFORNIA: Los Angeles police have arrested four men allegedly involved in actor Johnny Wactor's murder in May.
Wactor, known for playing Brandon Corbin in ‘General Hospital’, was 37 when he died after being fatally shot in the chest around 3:25 am outside Level 8, a downtown LA nightclub, on May 25, as reported by The New York Post.
Four suspects arrested months after Johnny Wactor’s death
When the tragedy struck, Johnny Wactor was reportedly trying to tackle the thieves who were stealing his car’s catalytic converter.
Now, as per a statement by the cops, four young men named Robert Barceleau, Leonel Gutierrez, Sergio Estrada, 18, and Frank Olano, 22, were taken into custody on Thursday, August 15.

While Barceleau, Gutierrez, and Estrada have been charged with murder, Olano “was booked on an arrest warrant for Accessory (32PC)."
More details regarding the arrests have yet to come out.
Johnny Wactor’s mother shares her grief
This came after Johnny Wactor’s mother Scarlett spoke with the media a few days ago.
She said, “Grief is my constant companion. I can’t wish him a happy birthday on Aug. 31 — he would have been 38. I can’t ask if he’s coming home for Christmas. I can’t ask how his day went.”
“I’m asking that anybody that knows anything please come forward,” she added.
Johnny Wactor was called a ‘real individual’
In May, soon after Johnny Wactor’s death, actress Kirsten Storms shared, “I don’t typically do posts like this, but Johnny was such a special person and it feels important (for me) to put these words out there.”

She wrote on Instagram, “To @johnnywactor ‘s mother and family, I am so sorry for your loss. I can’t imagine what you must be feeling right now. You are in my thoughts and prayers.
“Johnny was one of those rare ‘real individuals’ that you almost never come across. I was fortunate enough to have some really good conversations with him where we discussed things I don’t typically open up about.”
“For some reason, we talked about the deep stuff. He was a safe space for those conversations and, in turn, he would talk about his life. He genuinely cared about people and their journeys in life,” the 40-year-old mentioned.
Actress Laura Wright tweeted, “Heartbreaking 💔 What an incredible man. Deep love and prayers to Johnny’s family 🙏🏻.”

Also, Wactor's manager, Marco Cuadros, shared, “Johnny Wactor was such a kind soul, a talented actor, and an inspiration to those around him. His professionalism, his enthusiasm, and love for his craft were infectious and made him such a joy to work with.”
“I am proud to say I was Johnny's manager and friend. He will always be cherished in my memory,” Cuadros added.
