George Clooney's pals claim he underwent 'turkey neck' surgery to 'look his best' ahead of Broadway debut

LOS ANGELES, CALIFORNIA: George Clooney has sparked chatter among his friends who have reportedly claimed he splurged on cosmetic treatments ahead of his Broadway debut.
The changes included treatments for his "wrinkles" and "turkey neck" surgery and are likely to become a regular part of his routine now.

Insiders claim George Clooney underwent cosmetic enhancements to maintain his looks
The Hollywood icon, who will turn 64 on May 6, recently appeared at the premiere of his show 'Good Night, and Good Luck', showing off a noticeably fresher look.
“He’s too vain to stop. Now he’ll want to fix and maintain more trouble spots," a tipster told Radar Online. “Clearly, he’s had work done," a pal of Clooney told the outlet.

"His jaw looks tighter, the sags around his neck are gone, his cheekbones stand out, and there are fewer folds. His forehead shows evidence of Botox," the pal added.
Sources said Clooney is "under pressure to look his best," not just for his professional image but for his younger wife, Amal Clooney."

The couple has been married since 2014 and shares 7-year-old twins, Alexander and Ella. “George doesn’t mind being an older dad, he just doesn’t want to look like one,” said a source.
Celebrity surgeon weighs in on George Clooney's refreshed look
Celebrity plastic surgeon Dr Robert H Cohen, who hasn't treated George Clooney, told the outlet, “It looks like he might have had something done."
"If he did have a deep-plane facelift, the way many Hollywood stars do, they would have cut near the ear, which hides the scar," Cohen said.

He added, "His face looks smoother, but natural. He’s been able to turn back the clock and still maintain his unique good looks.”
During the unveiling of his portrait at Sardi’s, an iconic New York City restaurant on April 24, that honors Broadway and film stars, Clooney made a lighthearted comment about his appearance.
“I like the hair color. It’s much better than my hair color right now,” Clooney joked, noting that the portrait depicted his familiar silver locks. “That’s better. It’s grey, mostly grey. There we are, thank you so much," he said according to People.
For his Broadway role in 'Good Night, and Good Luck', Clooney darkened his hair to portray legendary journalist Edward R Murrow.

George Clooney also shared touching comments about his marriage to Amal Clooney during an interview with Gayle King on 'CBS Mornings' on April 21.
Reflecting on their decade together, Clooney said, “I remember we were here with you once before, and I remember we said we’d never had an argument. We still haven’t. We’re trying to find something to fight about!”
He continued, “I feel so extraordinarily lucky to have met this incredible woman. And I feel as if I hit the jackpot. There isn’t a day that goes by where I don’t think I’m the luckiest man in the world. So it’s great.”
