At one point, the Commander-in-Chief teased Stephanopoulos, remarking, "You’ve had some bad interviews!"

What else did Joe Biden say during his ABC News interview?

During their interview, President Joe Biden labeled his GOP opponent a "pathological liar," while George Stephanopoulos indicated he wanted to delve deeper into the president's eligibility for office with a "tougher, more personal question."

The former Bill Clinton advisor asked, “Are you sure you’re being honest with yourself when you say you have the mental and physical capacity to serve another four years?”

“Yes, I am, because, George, the last thing want to do is not be able to meet that,” the POTUS replied.

"Are you being honest with yourself as well about your ability to beat Donald Trump right now?" Stephanopoulos asked, adding that his predecessor is leading in most polls.

“Yes, yes, yes,” the Democrat statesman insisted.

The President said that he doesn't "buy" the recent poll findings. “Is it worth the risk?” Stephanopoulos asked.

“I don’t think anyone is more qualified to be president or to win this race than me,” Biden stated.

Internet divided as George Stephanopoulos pressed Biden on his mental and physical fitness

One X user remarked, "I’m thrilled that he’s all in. Let the games begin."

Another user said, "He can barely do anything."

Another user wrote, "I don’t vote for polls. I vote for character and competence. Trump has neither and Biden has both."

One X user argued, "Trump lied throughout the so called debate, but yet the media holds Biden to a higher standard." [sic]

Another user claimed, "This interview won't quell any fears."

Finally, this user tweeted, "Biden hasn’t been honest for even a single day of his life."
