MONTECITO, CALIFORNIA: Meghan Markle has unveiled her latest venture, the American Riviera Orchard, Montecito, as she gives a glimpse into her luxury lifestyle brand with a plush video.

Meghan Markle's new brand works as an extension of her blog 'The Tig'

Markle took to Instagram on Thursday, March 14, to create a grid to unveil the brand's logo alongside its name ‘American Riviera Orchard Montecito.’

The Instagram profile's biography states that the lifestyle brand is 'by Meghan, the Duchess of Sussex.'

A source shared with PageSix Style that the luxury lifestyle brand will be working as an extension of Markle's former lifestyle blog 'The Tig.'

The launch of American Riviera Orchard is set to coincide with the launch of a new cookery show on Netflix featuring Meghan.

The show is anticipated to showcase her culinary prowess and will also serve as a platform for her to market her own line of products.

Meghan Markle has been working on her brand launch for over a year

Speaking about the work that went into the launch of the lifestyle brand 'American Riviera Orchard Montecito', a source said, "She’s been working on this for over a year and it’s all the things that are close to her heart — all the things she’s passionate about."

The brand will be focussing on food, garden, home, and general lifestyle wares.

A glimpse into the brand's aspirations comes through a trademark application obtained by PageSix Style which detailed a wide array of offerings.

The brand is set to sell home goods, edible treats like spreads, jams, and jellies, and tableware staples including drinkware, table linens, and cutlery.

Internet supports Meghan Markle's decision to be back in business

After Markle launched her new luxury lifestyle brand on Thursday, March 14, netizens rallied to express their support for the Duchess being back in business.

"Exactly 4 years on from their 'Freedom Flight' out of the UK, which literally almost killed Meghan Markle, she’s launching a new brand and spreading her wings wider than ever before as she soars above the rest. Truly so so SO happy for her. May she continue to be blessed," a user wrote on X (formerly Twitter).
