WASHINGTON, DC: Podcast host Allison Gill claims sex offender Jeffrey Epstein's accomplice, Ghislaine Maxwell, has been allowed a work-release status that would allow her to leave prison. She is currently serving a 20-year prison sentence for her role in sexual abuse.

Maxwell was transferred from Florida to Federal Prison Camp Bryan after she sought a deal with the Donald Trump administration, eager to tamp down a furor over its refusal to release its files on Epstein.

Allsion Gill cites internal Bureau of Prisons records for Ghislaine Maxwell claim

Allison Gill cited internal Bureau of Prisons (BOP) records in a story titled 'I Have Ghislaine Maxwell's Security Score, Custody Level, Transfer Code, and Sex Offender Waiver', to make the claim.

Moreover, she stated that Maxwell’s Public Safety Factor (PSF) had been waived to facilitate her transfer to a minimum-security facility.

Interestingly, BOP policy prohibits sex offenders from serving their sentences in low-security camps or participating in work assignments outside the prison grounds.

Gill further added that Maxwell's security score included a 7-point base score (maximum for a sex offender) and an additional 20 custody points, qualifying her for minimum-security status under modified conditions.

Meanwhile, her Management Variable was reportedly marked 'PSF WAV', which indicated that the restriction had been lifted.

Moreover, the podcast host added that her custody level was also listed as "OUT", which allows inmates to leave the facility for approved work programs.

However, authorities have not commented on Allison Gill's claims and thus the authenticity of the report cannot be verified as of now.

Judge denies DOJ bid to unseal Maxwell's grand jury records

A federal judge on Monday, August 11, denied the Department of Justice's (DOJ) request to unseal grand jury materials in Ghislaine Maxwell’s criminal case.

In the 31-page ruling, Judge Paul A Engelmayer said that the grand jury materials do not identify anyone other than Epstein or Maxwell as having had sexual contact with a minor.

The DOJ request came as Donald Trump's supporters pushed for more disclosures related to Maxwell and her co-conspirator Jeffrey Epstein.

White House press secretary Karoline Leavitt on Tuesday reacted to a federal court's denial of DOJ's request stating, "We think that is unfortunate. The president wants to see credible evidence released. As for the appeal process, I would send you to the Department of Justice for that."

President Trump directed Attorney General Pam Bondi last month to release "any and all pertinent Grand Jury testimony" in the Epstein case.

The judge mentioned that the evidence at Maxwell's weeks-long trial included the testimony of women who were sexually abused as girls by Epstein and Maxwell, people who worked for Epstein and Maxwell, and law enforcement officials.
