LOS ANGELES, CALIFORNIA: After news broke over the weekend that former 'Dancing with the Stars' partners Gleb Savchenko and Brooks Nader had ended their relationship, the 41-year-old dancer revealed he was blindsided by the revelation.
Savchenko and Nader sparked romance after meeting during Season 33 of 'DWTS' in September 2024. A source confirmed to People on Monday, April 7, that the model ended things with the professional dancer over the weekend and that she suspects he cheated on her.

In a statement to People on Monday, Gleb Savchenko revealed he was "surprised to learn" through the news that "Brooks has ended our relationship."
He added, "The last communication I received from her was a text on April 6th, asking to speak. I called her today in response, but she has not replied."
"The last time I saw Brooks was when I traveled to New York to support her and film an episode of her reality show on March 31st and April 1st and she was sad to see me leave, but I had to return to 'DWTS' to finish my four month tour at the Dolby Theater in Hollywood," Savchenko added.
He concluded, "I am still processing everything, and while I don’t have all the answers, I wish Brooks the best moving forward."
After their alleged breakup, both Nader and Savchenko shared emotional posts on TikTok that seemed to reflect their thoughts and feelings following the split.
Nader's video showed her parents arriving to visit her after she mentioned that she "probably needed a hug," as per People. The model captioned the video, "Just needed mom & dad," highlighting the support she was receiving from her family during this time.
On the other hand, Savchenko posted a video of himself lip-syncing to an audio clip that said, "To everyone who watches my life and gossips about it, don't give up. Season 2 is about to come out." He ended the clip with a wink, seemingly brushing off the drama and hinting at what’s next for him.

In October 2024, just a week after their elimination from 'DWTS', Gleb Savchenko and Brooks Nader decided to go their separate ways.
Nader later revealed that Savchenko had sent her a cryptic text message to end things, but they soon rekindled their romance.
During a TikTok live in November 2024, Nader shared an alleged conversation with Savchenko, where he said, "Picked up my stuff. I’m going to Joshua Tree tomorrow for a few nights. We should have a conversation but I think I'm done."
She continued reading, "'I care about you. I think you're an amazing person. You always have a special place in my heart. I love you,'" and added, "That was on October 23."
Nader explained, "I never responded," but added that just a few days later, Savchenko reached out again, saying, "I miss you" on October 25, and followed it up with, "I’m so sorry, I want to talk to you. I actually miss you" on October 26. "Then, of course, we had a little chit-chat," she said.

Gleb Savchenko and Brooks Nader sparked relationship rumors during their time on 'DWTS' in 2024 as they were often seen kissing backstage and posting flirty videos.
"When we get to dance with each other for five hours a day, and we're so close and personal and she looks like that, we just kind of develop that kind of chemistry," Savchenko told People after cameras captured him and Nader sharing a passionate kiss during rehearsals. "It’s natural, and it’s awesome. We're hanging out and just having a good time, living life."
Nader echoed his sentiment at the time, saying, "It’s amazing."
In February, Nader opened up about her bond with Savchenko during an interview with People. "He’s so amazing and so special," she said, reflecting on their connection. "I did not intend—whenever I went on 'Dancing With the Stars' at first—I didn't intend to be in February right now still seeing him, but here we are."
She went on, "I mean, life is so funny how it happens. And it was a little bit of a kismet, serendipity situation that we met when we did and just both being freshly divorced and the whole thing, it was insane."
For the second time in the interview, she called him an "amazing person," adding, "So, I'm lucky to know him. He's more lucky. I'm just kidding, [but] he knows for sure."
