George Stephanopoulos' wife Ali Wentworth reveals 'biggest fear' after ‘Leave the World Behind’ premiere

NEW YORK CITY, NEW YORK: ‘Good Morning America’ star George Stephanopoulos’ wife Ali Wentworth has recently admitted that the end of the world is her biggest fear after watching Netflix’s science-fiction apocalyptic psychological thriller ‘Leave the World Behind’.

The film stars Julia Roberts, Ethan Hawke, and Kevin Bacon among others, and was recently released on the platform.

Ali attended the red carpet premiere of the Netflix film and later posted a story praising the film and its performances while giving her fans an insight into her biggest fear.

However, a few days ago, the ‘GMA’ star’s wife also took to Instagram to share snaps of her messy kitchen as she prepared cookies for the holidays.

The 58-year-old actress and producer took to her Instagram stories to let fans and followers know her thoughts on ‘Leave the World Behind’ after attending its premiere.

The official synopsis of the film reads, “A family vacation on Long Island is interrupted by two strangers bearing news of a mysterious blackout. As the threat grows more imminent, both families must decide how best to survive the potential crisis, all while grappling with their own place in this collapsing world.”

Ali later told everyone in the story that she loved what she saw but it also reconfirmed her "biggest fear."

Alongside a photo of herself posing on the red carpet for the event, she added her opinion in a caption over the photo in her story.

She wrote, "#leavetheworldbehind is so terrifying, compelling, and my biggest fear! A must-see! Thank you @netflix.”

Ali wore a monochromatic outfit with a black jacket and pants, paired with a cream blouse and a large tie made into a bow at the collar for the premiere.

The mother of two took to her Instagram stories a few days ago to give her fans and followers a glimpse at her unkempt kitchen.

Her snapshots revealed a slightly messy kitchen with gingerbread man cookies strewn about.

She captioned one of the photos, where she had started baking, "It's happening," referring to the start of the holidays. She also shared a photo of cookies that had already been baked and were kept to cool down.

The thin cookies were dusted with powdered sugar and spread out across a baking sheet.
