NEW YORK CITY, NEW YORK: ‘Good Morning America’ stars Robin Roberts and Sam Champion seem to have embarked on a journey to spread joy and help an ailing community right before Christmas.

The duo recently visited the town of Rolling Folk in Mississippi after a tornado caused massive destruction to life and property.

As a part of their ‘GMA’ assignment, Roberts and Champion spent time with the community members, handed a check to a tornado survivor, and listened to some of the stories from that devastating night eight months ago when the tornado ravaged the town.

For their warm and hospitable nature towards the members of Rolling Fork, the fans of the morning show praised both Roberts and Champion, with one claiming them to be the spirit that “symbolize GMA.”
