'GMA' star Lara Spencer resurfaces on social media after 'hectic month' as fans swoon over her ‘gorgeous dress’

NEW YORK CITY, NEW YORK: ‘Good Morning America' star Lara Spencer has finally returned from her social media hiatus of nearly two weeks.

The 54-year-old TV personality resurfaced on Instagram with a bright and sunny snap from one of her latest work assignments.

Spencer spoke about embracing ‘happiness’ in the caption after telling her fans and followers that she has endured a ‘hectic month'. The ‘GMA’ star said that she’s ‘grateful’ for a lot of things.

Spencer shared a snap on a bright sunny day, dressed in a one-piece multi-colored dress that hugged her body.

The ‘GMA’ star beamed with happiness and radiance on her face as a few audience members stood behind her smiling.

She appeared to have been on a ‘GMA’ assignment in Nashville, Tennessee, and spoke about ‘loving’ and exploring the city in the caption.

Spencer started, “This has been a hectic month..... I haven't posted in a while and today is the first time in weeks I have a minute to play catchup."

She added, “So let's start with this happy memory. Here's me feeling so happy to be doing what I love, on the team that I love, in a city that I love, in a dress that I love. (And my vintage belt is a flea market find!!!) Lots to be grateful for #nashville #gma #cma Nov 2023."

‘GMA’ fans were delighted to see Spencer back and complimented her for her dress among other things. 

One said, “What a gorgeous dress in a gorgeous scene with so much happiness around you. Looking lovely, Lara!”

A second wrote, “Amazing, yes. Good looking, of course. This dress, nice choice, WOW”, while a third inquired, “Would like info on the dress."

“Your dress looks amazing,” quipped another. 

Lara Spencer's last post was about adopting a pet

Spencer’s last post on Instagram came over two weeks ago when she shared a snap of a pet who was up for adoption. 

She shared a snap of the pet who appeared on ‘GMA’ as part of the show’s campaign to promote adoption.

She wrote in the caption, “I fell in love this morning on GMA. I would adopt this lover in ONE second if I hadn't just adopted another rescue pup a week ago (my husband would probably ask to be adopted if I brought another one home) BUT you can!!!!!!”

Talking about the pet, Spencer wrote, “His name is CHEIF and he is proof positive that a pit bull mix deserves the same loving care as all other breeds. He's a big teddy bear that just wants to cuddle and play."

She continued, “10 months old, healthy as can be, and ready to keep your bed or sofa warm for you. If you are interested PLS call North Shore Animal League America in Port Washington, NY. @animalleague."
