Gordon Ramsay tells Brooklyn Beckham to 'remember where you came from' amid family rift
LONDON, ENGLAND: Celebrity chef Gordon Ramsay has weighed in on the ongoing Beckham family tensions, offering pointed but heartfelt advice to Brooklyn Beckham while expressing strong support for parents David Beckham and Victoria Beckham.
Speaking candidly about the situation, Ramsay, a long-time family friend, said time would ultimately heal the rift, but warned Brooklyn not to lose sight of his roots. His comments come amid ongoing friction involving Brooklyn and his wife Nicola Peltz.

Gordon Ramsay says time will heal the Beckham rift
“It’s a very difficult situation,” the Michelin-starred restaurateur admitted. “Victoria is upset, and I know 24/7, seven days a week, just how much David loves Brooklyn.”
He stressed that his bond with Brooklyn remains intact.
“Brooklyn and I have messaged a little bit, our relationship is solid. I love him - his heart is incredible,” Ramsay said.
Still, he suggested emotions may be clouding judgment right now.
“But it’s hard, isn’t it, when you’re infatuated? Love is blind. It’s easy to get up on that rollercoaster, and get carried away. But it will come back.”
Gordon Ramsay urges Brooklyn Beckham to value his parents
The famed chef spoke warmly about David and Victoria’s parenting, insisting he has seen their dedication up close over the years.
“I’ve seen first-hand just how good parents they are. David as a dad is just incredible,” he said.
Ramsay added that the couple have repeatedly supported their eldest son through challenges.
“They’ve both put so much energy into their kids, and I know just how many times they’ve got Brooklyn out of the s**t.”
“I think it’s going to be a matter of time before Brooklyn takes a good look at himself and understands just what his parents mean to him,” Ramsay said.
“He’s desperate to forge his own way, and I respect that from him, but remember where you came from. And honestly, one day you’re not going to have your mum and dad, and you need to understand that. That penny will drop.”
He added encouragingly, “I just want Brooklyn to take a moment to himself. And remember: you’re half mum, half dad. And you’re an amazing young man.”
According to Ramsay, patience will be key. “Time’s going to be the best healer, and David will absolutely get that relationship back on track.”
Gordon Ramsay addresses wedding dance controversy
Ramsay also broke his silence on the much-talked-about moment from Brooklyn and Nicola’s 2022 wedding, where he was present with wife Tana.
In a statement last month, Brooklyn had accused Victoria of “dancing inappropriately” with him - claims that fueled a wave of online memes.
Ramsay firmly pushed back. “There was nothing salacious. There was nothing inappropriate. Everyone was having fun, having a dance,” he said.
When pressed further, he was unequivocal: “No! Nothing of the sort. It was fun.”
He added that Victoria has handled the online chatter well, saying she has “a great sense of humor,” though he acknowledged she was understandably upset about the wedding fallout.
The chef, who has been close friends with the Beckhams for nearly 25 years, also noted that Victoria and Tana have leaned on each other through the drama and are now “like two peas in a pod.”
