PARIS, FRANCE: Simone Biles appeared to have injured her calf during the gymnastics qualification round, but she will still compete in all four events of the Paris Olympics team finals on Tuesday night, July 30.

Biles seemed to hurt her calf during warm-ups, as she staggered off the ground. Despite her injuries, she was able to compete in the last three events of the round and earn points.

Her left foot was taped up by trainers before she competed in the uneven bars, vault, and floor events.

Simone Biles: One of the most decorated American Olympians of all time

Among all American Olympians, Simone Biles has received the most medals.

Her incident at the Tokyo Olympics caused her to miss some important events, which led to a wider discussion about mental health.

The gymnastics team final is on Tuesday, July 30, and the individual all-around is on Thursday, August 1.

Internet says Simon Biles faked her injury for 'attention'

Netizens were skeptical about Simon Biles' possible injury suffered during the qualification round.

One X user tweeted, "She always gives herself an out 'in case' she doesn't do well. Just like 4 years ago."

Another added, "Will give her an excuse if she doesn't win gold. That and her 'mental health' wouldn't let her overcome her injury."

"Faking an injury so when she wins they can prop her up as some legend after she quit the last time," slammed one.

Someone else remarked, "She’s following the Lebron James playbook for attention."
