Gypsy Rose Blanchard officially files for divorce from Ryan Scott Anderson, Internet says 'she used him'
LOS ANGELES, CALIFORNIA: Gypsy Rose Blanchard has officially initiated divorce proceedings from Ryan Anderson, just days following the announcement of their separation.
The ex-convict's divorce case has been formally lodged within the court system. Nevertheless, the rationale behind terminating their brief marriage remains undisclosed to the public.
Did Gypsy Rose Blanchard and Ryan Anderson share any kids?
Blanchard and Anderson, having no children, have avoided any custody complications, as their dog remains with Ryan.
According to reports, Ryan allegedly made Gypsy feel inadequate by suggesting she wouldn't succeed at anything after her release from prison.
The special education teacher was also said to be jealous of her father-in-law Rod Blanchard, per RadarOnline.
Gypsy experienced continual pressure from Ryan to be constantly by his side, and she reportedly wasn't pleased when she reconnected with her father.
Gypsy's father Rod Blanchard predicted the split
In an earlier conversation with People, Rod expressed concerns that his daughter's marriage might face difficulties following Gypsy's release.
"Personally, I give it a 50/50 chance that it's going to work," he said back then. "She can be spontaneous and make a quick decision and just jump into things without thinking."
Rod also conveyed his desire for Gypsy to return home to her father before reuniting with her husband, Anderson.
"I wish she would have come home here and when her being on parole was over, live with him, just live with him, learn him," he said.
"She's grown, and she was told what to do all her life. We wish she wouldn't have, but like I told her, if it doesn't work out, I'll be there to help pick up the pieces. I really do hope it does work out. Ryan's a great guy. He loves her for all the right reasons."
Last month, Gypsy Rose announced her separation from her husband, Ryan Anderson, via her private Facebook account.
"People have been asking what is going on in my life. Unfortunately my husband and I are going through a separation and I moved in with my parents home down the bayou.”
The former pair tied the knot in July 2022, inside the jailhouse.
Internet reacts

A second said, "I’m shocked. I really thought they would make it."
"She saw that she was married to the real life Family Guy," a user joked.
Another commenter said, "I hope there's no prenup."
"Wow, there’s a shocker," shared one.
