Haley Pullos accused of causing ‘serious internal injuries’ as DUI car crash victim sues actress

PASADENA, CALIFORNIA: Haley Pullos’ alleged crash victim has described his injuries after filing a lawsuit against her.
Courtney Wilder has sued the ‘General Hospital’ star for reportedly causing a near-fatal accident in April 2023, which left him with “serious internal injuries,” RadarOnline.com reported.
Haley Pullos' alleged DUI car crash victim went through ‘emergency surgery’
The man also claimed that after the mishap, he had to “be transmitted to the ER and have emergency surgery” while his vehicle suffered irreparable damages.
Besides, Wilder stated in his suit that the 25-year-old actress should not drive while accusing her of being irresponsible and wounding him critically.
This came after it was reported earlier that Pullos was taken into custody and charged for allegedly leading the freeway crash.
She was allegedly behind the wheel while under the influence on April 29, 2023, when she deviated, and smashed the divider before hitting other cars.
Haley Pullos faced multiple charges
Haley Pullos was arrested in May 2023 and eventually charged with one felony count of DUI causing injury, one felony count of driving with a .08 BAC or higher, and one misdemeanor count of hit-and-run.
But she pled not guilty and reportedly went for rehabilitation.
Internet says Haley Pullos needs to 'go to jail'
At the time, Haley Pullos received a lot of flak online with a Facebook user saying, “She needs to go to jail and to be fired. She had plenty of alternative options for getting where she needed to go without having to get behind the wheel. If she was worried about her car, she could have had it towed her. Shame on her for putting other people in harm's way because of her actions.”
The second user commented, “People should be using a ride-share app to get home! Stop driving drunk, it’s not worth the consequences!”
The third user shared, “It's too bad she's having alcohol and drug problems. Now someone else is suffering because of her choices. I wonder if GH will support her or fire her like they did Ingo and Steve when they didn't get the vaccine. They didn't hurt anyone!”
The fourth user remarked, “Never understand people that drink and drive get a damn ride to be responsible.”
The fifth one added, “Those pix are horrific. Two accidents in one night?? She must’ve been blackout drunk & high. 🤨”
One comment read, “She did a hit and run as well as a wrong way accident and when they tried to help her she was hitting and cussing them out. Not grateful at all. Well so much for her acting career what a costly lesson for her so was that worth it ? Drugs, Booze, DUI, Hit & Run, Lawsuits, Hurting someone that didn't deserve it. Haley Pullos all you had to do is make a call and have someone pick you up Uber, Taxi or a friend. Now you are always going to be know as the girl who played Molly on General Hospital that did all the above.”
