Halle Bailey and DDG spark split rumors months after they unfollow each other on social media

LOS ANGELES, CALIFORNIA: Fans have picked up on signs suggesting that Halle Bailey and DDG may have called it quits, as observed on their social media platforms.

Speculation soared when they unfollowed each other on Instagram on Tuesday, April 16, fueling rumors of a potential split.

Last weekend, both Halle Bailey and DDG removed most of their photos together from their respective social media accounts, adding further fuel to the speculation surrounding their relationship status.

The ‘Little Mermaid’ actress made an appearance at Coachella, cheering for her sister Chloe, per RadarOnline.

"Had the best time at #chlochella last night!!!" she wrote on her Instagram handle. "Words can't describe how proud I am of my sister."

Darryl Dwayne Granberry Jr and Halle recently welcomed their first child, Halo.

“I wouldn't chose no other person in the world to have a child with. We learning,” DDG said on his YouTube channel. “She's a great mom. Like it's crazy. She's amazing," he proudly shared just weeks ago.

Their relationship faced scrutiny following a screenshot shared by rapper Rubi Rose, in which DDG was seen inquiring about her plans, adding to the intrigue surrounding their romance.

"Getty ready hbu. U hitting me the day y'all argue is so u lol," she texted, to which he replied, "Lol u right, lemme go heal first."

Rose remarked that behavior like this is precisely why she opts to stay single, shedding light on her perspective amid the unfolding situation.

Though, DDG shared his side of the story with VladTV, "I feel like people thought that I was like sneakingly like, 'oooh what you doing' type s**t and that's when she posted it."

He added, "It was just like a quick little argument that went completely left. And we eventually got over that hump."

Halle and DDG welcomed their first child in December

Last month Halle addressed keeping her pregnancy private when she welcomed her son. "It cannot compare to the biggest joy of my life. And that was becoming a mom to my perfect little angel Halo," she said. 

"There was no way in hell I was going to share the biggest joy of my world with anyone. Halo was my gift. He is the greatest blessing, and I had no obligation to expose him, me, or my family to that," Halle shared.
