WASHINGTON, DC: Kamala Harris' campaign is struggling to go full throttle against rival Donald Trump.

As per a Radar Online report, despite raising $1 billion in the last 80 days, the Democrats team worries it may not be enough.

A source told the outlet, "Talking about this type of big money doesn’t convey the sense of urgency to do every single thing in all of the big and small ways."

"We are in the margin of error. This will come down to grinding it out," it added.

Kamala Harris entered presidential race quite late after Joe Biden's withdrawal

Kamala Harris joined the presidential race quite late after President Joe Biden stepped down in June.

The campaign is trying to reach out to undecided voters in swing states nationwide.

Another source stressed that there had "never been so many electoral college votes in play so late in the cycle," pointing out that "strong fundraising" and "volunteer enthusiasm" might not get the job done.

Pennsylvania, Michigan, North Carolina, Georgia, Wisconsin, Arizona, and Nevada will likely witness a close encounter between Harris and Trump.

Harris campaign opens up on Donald Trump refusing second debate with Kamala Harris

Donald Trump and Kamala Harris participated in a presidential debate on September 10 where both candidates exchanged remarks directly over the ABC interview.

Harris’ campaign hit back at Donald Trump after he declined CNN’s invitation to debate with the vice president ahead of the upcoming November election.

The former president’s refusal to join Harris for another presidential debate has sparked a fierce response from the Harris campaign, accusing him of avoiding a crucial opportunity to present his vision to the voters.

On Thursday, October 10, Trump took to Truth Social to announce his decision to skip the proposed CNN debate as he claimed he had already won two previous debates.

Jen O’Malley Dillon, the Harris campaign chair criticized the 78-year-old politician for denying the American people a final opportunity to see the candidates side by side.

“Donald Trump’s refusal to join Vice President Harris on the debate stage again is a disservice to the American people,” said Dillon.

“They deserve to see the candidates one last time before casting their ballots to compare their vastly different visions for America,” she added.
