Harrison Ford hilariously yelled at by Jessica Williams for eating a cracker during her SAG Awards speech

LOS ANGELES, CALIFORNIA: Jessica Williams hilariously yelled at Harrison Ford and asked him to "turn away" as he was eating a cracker during her SAG Awards "I Am an Actor" speech on Sunday, February 23.

Williams and Ford were seated next to each other as part of the ensemble cast of the Apple TV+ comedy-drama series 'Shrinking', per People.

During her "I Am an Actor" introduction, Jessica Williams said, "Los Angeles is known as the city of dreams, and, sure enough, all of my dreams have come true here. From my dream of preparing..."

During this time, Harrison was seen over her shoulder, on screen, eating a cracker. The audience started laughing, prompting Williams to yell, "I told him to turn away! Don't look!"

The 'Indian Jones' actor turned his head and hid behind Williams as audiences laughed. Williams continued her speech, saying, "From my dream of preparing in a Starbucks bathroom before an audition to my dream of crying in a Del Taco bathroom afterwards."

She also recalled how she once performed a monologue as the casting director was eating a salad.

The 35-year-old added during her speech, "I've lived my dream of changing clothes while parked on a street nice enough to have shady trees, but not so nice that some white lady called the police on me."

Williams concluded, "I've also fulfilled my ultimate dream of enthusiastically performing a monologue for a casting director while they enthusiastically ate a salad. But more than just a dream factory, this city has always been my home. I am Jessica Williams, I am LA born and bred, and I am an actor."

After finishing her speech, she turned around and playfully teased the 82-year-old by tapping him on the shoulder as he laughed. 

Both Williams and Ford portray therapists in 'Shrinking', which also stars Jason Segel, Luke Tennie, Michael Urie, Lukita Maxwell, Christa Miller, Wendie Malick, and Brett Goldstein.

The series was up for two awards at the 2025 SAG Awards.
