"I've sort of stayed at that," the 70-year-old told Page Six in an interview, before revealing that he did not use Ozempic, the weight-loss drug that is speculated to be popular at present among celebs, to pull off his dramatic transformation.

Which drug did Harvey Fierstein use to lose weight?

Harvey Fierstein stated that he used Zepound, another weight loss medication to help him on his fitness journey. The drug reportedly allowed him to restrict his food intake without making him feel that he was on a diet.

"What’s different is what the drug actually does for you which is I don’t feel like I’m dieting," shared Fierstein. "I feel like a normal person. I can go and have dinner with friends and not have to eat every piece of bread on the table and then not go have ice cream when I’ve done with dinner. I know what it is to be full like a normal person."

As a person who has been on both "skinny" and "fat" ends of the weighing scale, the actor claimed, "People don’t understand that being fat is not a choice. It’s something that you’re body is out of whack and this puts your body in whack."

"I’m a great believer in it," he added.
