Heather and Terry Dubrow's nearly 9,000-square-foot home is perched on just over eight acres.
Featuring five bedrooms and nine bathrooms, the residence boasts a grand entry foyer with dual staircases, an expansive terrace, and an enviable view of the city.
Beyond the luxurious interiors, the sprawling backyard includes a massive swimming pool, a full-sized tennis court, and a plush lounge area furnished with outdoor seating.
A long dining table invites guests for elegant al fresco dinner parties.
'Million Dollar Listing' star Josh Altman, who is handling the listing alongside his brother Matt Altman, describes the property as one of the most valuable investment opportunities he has encountered.
“I don’t know anywhere else you can get eight prime acres sitting on top of Beverly Hills, completely unobstructed, anywhere near this price point,” Josh told the news outlet.
Real reason behind sale of the Dubrows' Beverly Hills mansion
Despite the mansion's grandeur, the Dubrows have decided to part ways with their dream home.
According to Altman, their motivation for selling is purely lifestyle-driven.

With three of their four children now out of the house, the couple is transitioning into apartment living.
Additionally, the 'Botched' star and the 'Real Housewives of Orange County' alum are eager to embrace a more travel-centric lifestyle, reducing the need for a massive estate.

Heather, 56, and Terry Dubrow, 66, originally purchased the estate in the summer of 2023 for $16.1 million, well below the initial $37.5 million asking price.
At the time, Heather expressed excitement about transforming the space, calling it their “dream house.”
