During his testimony this week, David Pecker revealed details about his long-standing relationship with Donald Trump, including a "catch and kill" scheme where he would suppress negative stories about Trump while promoting negative, conspiratorial stories about his political adversaries.

Pecker recounted meeting Trump and Michael Cohen in 2015 and discussing how he could assist with the campaign. According to New York Times reporter Maggie Haberman, Trump appeared 'tense' and 'unhappy' during Pecker's testimony detailing their working relationship.
