'Honeymoon is definitely over': Jennifer Lopez and Ben Affleck's marriage on the rocks amid actress's career slump, sources say
LOS ANGELES, CALIFORNIA: All’s not well between Ben Affleck and Jennifer Lopez!
If reports are to be believed, the singer-actress is a bit bothered over the slump in her career, and it is now reflecting on their 2-year-old marriage as well.
The ‘Air’ star is presently shooting for ‘The Accountant’ sequel in LA, and Jennifer Lopez is in NYC, trying to pump some life into her business ventures.
Her recent album, ‘This Is Me… Now: A Love Story', and documentary, This Is Me … Now', didn’t do too well either.
“This is the first long stretch they’ve spent apart in a while," said a source to the Life&Style. “And they’re both dealing with it in different ways.”

The insider also talked about obvious signs of friction in their relationship, “She wants constant affirmation from him that she’s loved and adored.”
“But she’s not getting much of that now and Ben gets defensive and moody. The honeymoon is definitely over,” the close source continued.
“The feeling is if they want to stay married, they both need to make some adjustments in their behavior."
“Jennifer’s fall from grace has been coming for a while and it’s really all her fault because she’s the one driving it,” the second insider said.
“She lives in a world of make-believe and people aren’t buying the act anymore. They’re labeling her a phony and narcissist and someone who’s tone-deaf to the real world around her.”
Jennifer Lopez hates cigarettes
“J Lo loves Ben, but she’s tired of his nasty cigarettes,” he added.
“She put up with his smoking at first because it’s his only vice left and she didn’t want to be a nag, but she can’t stand it.”
“She hates cigarette smoke, and what’s worse, she’s smelling it on his clothes. While Ben goes outside to smoke now, she’d rather he not smoke at all,” it added.
The two were romantically involved in the early 2000s but could not end up together. However, two decades later, not only did they come together but also said “I do” to each other in 2022.
