After bidding farewell to Ted Mosby, Radnor went on to land prominent parts on 'Mercy Street', 'Rise', and 'Hunters.' In addition, he made cameos in 'The Seeker' and 'Grey's Anatomy'. Since 2016, the actor has been a member of the band Radnor and Lee. He was also a part of the Amazon Prime Video series 'Hunters' from 2021 to 2023. On January 6, 2024, Radnor tied the knot with psychologist Jordana Jacobs, whom he had met during a sound meditation retreat almost two years before. Their wedding at New York's Cedar Lakes Estate was a snowy affair due to a blizzard, as per PEOPLE Magazine. 

Neil Patrick Harris (Barney Stinson)

Harris' journey in the entertainment world continues, and he has been part of movies like 'The Matrix: Resurrections', 'Gone Girl', and 'A Million Ways to Die in the West'. His most notable roles were as Count Olaf in three seasons of Netflix's critically acclaimed version of 'A Series of Unfortunate Events', and he later starred in the critically acclaimed Max miniseries 'It's a Sin.' Alyson Hannigan (Lily Aldrin)

After 'HIMYM', Hannigan, the former cast member of 'Buffy', hosted 'Girl Scout Cookie Championship' and 'Penn & Teller: Fool Us'. She guest starred in 'Pure' and 'Outmatched' as well as provided the voice of Claire Clancy in Disney Junior's 'Fancy Nancy'. Since 2003, Hannigan has been married to Alexis Denisof, who had frequent appearances on 'HIMYM'. The couple has two children, Keeva and Satyana.

Jason Segel (Marshall Eriksen)

Jason Segel portrayed the extremely aspirational and perpetually optimistic Marshall Eriksen in 'HIMYM'. He co-starred with Cameron Diaz as Jay in the film 'Sex Tape' and has played David Foster Wallace in the biography 'The End of the Tour'. In 2014, Segel started dating photographer Alexis Mixter, but they separated in April 2021 after being together for eight years. However, he and 'So You Think You Can Dance' alum Kayla Randomski announced their romance at the end of 2023, and in January 2024, they made their red carpet debut at the Emmys.

Cobie Smulders (Robin Scherbatsky)

After playing Robin Scherbatsky in 'HIMYM', Smulders entered the Marvel Cinematic Universe as S.H.I.E.L.D. agent Maria Hill. She has been part of the films 'Avengers: Age of Ultron,' 'Avengers: Infinity War', 'Avengers: Endgame', 'Spider-Man: Far From Home', and 'Secret Invasion.' Moreover, she appeared as Ann Coulter in the television series 'American Crime Story' and returned to her role as Robin for a guest star appearance in the 'How I Met Your Mother' spin-off, 'How I Met Your Father.' Cristin Milioti (Tracy McConnell/The Mother)

Cristin Milioti portrayed Tracy, the show's titular "mother" in 'HIMYM.' The Grammy winner was cast in several TV series, including 'A to Z', 'Fargo', 'Black Mirror', and 'The Mindy Project'. She also got roles in the films 'Breakable You' and 'It Had to Be You'. Besides, Milioti co-starred with Andy Samberg in the comedy 'Palm Springs' and as the lead character of Hazel Green in 'Made For Love'. David Henrie (Luke Mosby)

'How I Met Your Mother' featured David Henrie as Luke, Ted's future kid, across all nine seasons. Following his stint on 'HIMYM,' the 'Wizards of Waverly Place' actor made appearances as Elliot on 'Mind Games', and as Lane in 'Paul Blart: Mall Cop 2'. Henrie also provided the voice of Handsome Young Man in the animated series 'A Tale Dark and Grim.' He became embroiled in controversy after being arrested in 2018 for trying to enter Los Angeles International Airport with a loaded gun, as per Variety.

Lyndsy Fonseca (Penny Mosby)

Lyndsy Fonseca completes the cast of 'HIMYM' as Penny, Ted's future daughter who must endure her father's nine-season narrative. After making an appearance as Frankie in the brief comedy series 'Grandfathered', Fonseca was cast in a recurring role in Marvel's 'Agent Carter' series as Angie Martinelli. Fonseca played Laura Turner in 'Turner & Hooch'. She also starred in '9-1-1: Lone Star' as Iris Blake.
