NEW YORK CITY, NEW YORK: Huma Abedin and Alex Soros officially tied the knot at a $14.5 million Soros family estate in the Hamptons on Saturday, June 14.
The bride wore two custom gowns for the dual-ceremony celebration — one from Erdem, designed by Erdem Moralioglu, and the other from Givenchy, created by Sarah Burton, as per Vogue.
Abedin’s son Jordan, whom she shares with ex-husband Anthony Weiner, moved guests with a heartfelt and emotional toast during the ceremony, a source told Page Six.

The billionaire heir Alex Soros, son of hedge fund tycoon George Soros, and longtime Hillary Clinton aide Huma Abedin honored both their faiths with a meaningful interfaith ceremony attended by close family and friends.
They signed the Nikah, a traditional Muslim marriage contract, in tribute to Abedin’s heritage, and the Ketubah, a Jewish marriage contract, in recognition of Soros’ background.
The personal ceremony was followed by a lively celebration featuring a cocktail hour, dinner, and dancing.
Ahead of the wedding, Hillary told Vogue, “I’m looking forward to being a witness to their marriage; to the celebration that we all are going to be part of; to seeing so many longtime friends gathered in one place to really enjoy being part of Huma and Alex’s start of their married life.”
She added with warmth, “And I think we all could use some fun, so I’m looking forward to all of it.”
Apart from Hillary, other notable attendees included her husband, former president Bill Clinton, former vice president Kamala Harris and her husband Doug Emhoff, former House Speaker Nancy Pelosi, Vogue's editor-in-chief Anna Wintour, and socialite Nicky Hilton Rothschild, among others, as reported by The New York Times.

The bridal fashion at Huma Abedin and Alex Soros' Hamptons wedding was a study in refined elegance and personalized couture.
For the larger celebration, Abedin donned a bespoke Givenchy gown by Burton — an ivory silk satin-backed crepe masterpiece that paid homage to classic Hollywood glamour. With its off-the-shoulder silhouette, slim belt at the waist, and a delicate row of covered buttons trailing the back, the dress channeled timeless sophistication.

“I can’t get over how light it is,” Abedin shared during her final fitting, noting that her and Soros’ initials were discreetly embroidered into the dress. “I knew I wanted a dress that my husband-to-be would look at and say, ‘She looks extraordinary,’” she added.
For the more intimate Nikah and Ketubah signing, she chose a second custom look: a vintage-inspired gown designed by Moralioglu. Featuring lace sleeves and subtle romantic detailing, the dress was a graceful nod to tradition while staying true to Abedin’s signature style.
“I had to give a very, very stressful testimony on Capitol Hill, and I was very nervous about it,” Abedin recalled. “I wanted to feel and look my best. I remember going into [a] store and finding the most extraordinary black dress with white floral on it. It was Erdem.”
That emotional connection brought her back to Moralioglu for her wedding. During their early design discussions, Moralioglu shared a selection of sketches, including a photo of Grace Kelly’s iconic wedding gown for inspiration. But what truly made the final creation unforgettable was a deeply personal touch.
“The thing that made me gasp when I saw the dress is that [Moralioglu] embroidered my father’s name in Arabic, inside, right by my heart,” Abedin said. “My father passed away in 1993 and he was a very instrumental person in my life. I think about him every day.”
