'My sweet angel': Savannah Chrisley remembers Nic Kerdiles on what would have been his 30th birthday
LOS ANGELES, CALIFORNIA: Savannah Chrisley has paid tribute to Nic Kerdiles and their most cherished moments together. The TV personality shared a touching video tribute on Thursday, January 11, on what would have been Kerdiles' 30th birthday, as per People.
"Little did I know that this time last year would be the last time we would sing 'Happy Birthday' to you… but BOY AM I HAPPY THAT I GOT TO HAVE THE LAST ONE WITH YOU😭," she captioned the post which was filled with various moments from the former couple's time together.
"I so badly wish I was making you a carrot cake right about now… I can't stop replaying all the memories through my mind. I would joke about how old you were and I’m pretty sure I’ve called you 30 since you were 25 🤣," she added.

"Gosh… I miss you. I feel you all around me… I see all the signs," she continued, adding "We may have been broken up but I never stopped loving you. Part of me always thought that maybe we would’ve found our way back… but who knows. I so badly wish we were celebrating 30! I wish I could’ve seen you be one hell of a dad! You always wanted that… this one hurts. What I wouldn’t do for that smile and an 'I love you kid..' right about now ❤️."

Nic Kerdiles was a professional ice hockey forward
Kerdiles was a professional ice hockey forward who later briefly played in the National Hockey League with the Anaheim Ducks. Upon retiring from the sport in 2019, he found success as a realtor and broker in Nashville.

He was working with Compass Nashville before his death in September 2023 which resulted from a motorcycle accident. It has since been confirmed that Kerdile's death was ruled an accident and was caused by multiple blunt traumatic injuries, including broken bones, bruising of the brain and abrasions.
According to TMZ, an autopsy report indicated there was evidence of ethanol in Kerdiles' bloodstream at the time of the accident.
Kerdiles began dating Chrisley in 2017. The pair got engaged in 2019 but called off their wedding in July 2020 and split for good in September 2020. After his death, the 'Chrisley Knows Best' alum has shared several tributes honoring Kerdlies. She initially posted heartbreaking statements on her Instagram Story, saying she will "forever save our last messages of 'I love you.'"
