LOS ANGELES, CALIFORNIA: In a heart-wrenching moment on the latest episode of 'Vanderpump Rules', Tom Sandoval opened up about his struggles with suicidal thoughts following the revelation of his affair with Raquel Leviss.

"I battle with f**king suicide," Sandoval revealed, expressing the depths of his emotional turmoil. He described feeling trapped by pain and hurt, unable to envision a brighter future amidst the darkness.

“I was hanging on by a thread. Your walls start closing in. You can’t see outside of, like, the hurt, the pain,” he continued in a confessional.

“You can’t dream about better days. I was getting to the point where I felt like, what’s the f**king point?”

Sandoval's confession shocked Vanderpump, who revealed that she had told the singer following the cheating scandal in March 2023 to talk to her if he ever struggled with suicidal feelings.

“Tom Sandoval assured me after the reunion when I called him on the car on the way home. I said, ‘You promise me, Tom. If ever you have any thoughts like that.’ He said, ‘I’m not that person. I wouldn’t do that,'” she explained.

“So to hear him say he’s had those thoughts and he didn’t call me, that scares the f**king living daylights out of me. After losing my only sibling to suicide, I can’t hear that and do nothing about it.”

During a heart-to-heart conversation with Tom Schwartz, Vanderpump revealed the depths of Sandoval's emotional turmoil, recounting his admission of "dark thoughts" that left her deeply concerned.

Drawing from her own painful experience of losing a sibling to suicide, Vanderpump expressed her fear of not intervening soon enough.

In an effort to provide support and change the narrative surrounding Sandoval's struggles, Vanderpump proposed a trip to Lake Tahoe, hoping to rally the cast together for emotional support and solidarity.

However, her proposal was met with resistance from some cast members, notably Sandoval's ex-girlfriend Ariana Madix, 38, who showed little empathy, attributing Sandoval's hardships to his own actions.

Sandoval's affair with Raquel Leviss, 29, had rocked the foundation of his relationship with Madix, which spanned nine years. The revelation of the affair, fueled by the discovery of an inappropriate video on Sandoval's phone in March 2023, further exacerbated the emotional strain on all parties involved.

Tom Sandoval reacts to closure of Sweet Lady Jane Bakery which creator 'Sandoval's Liar' cake

Tom Sandoval didn't hold back his feelings after learning about the closure of Sweet Lady Jane Bakery, the creator of the controversial "Sandoval's Liar" cake.

The LA-based bakery announced its closure, citing insufficient sales to sustain operations in California. The news prompted Sandoval to respond to a social media post questioning whether it was karma, given the bakery's association with the infamous cake.

"I never had a cake by @sweetladyjanecakeshop that wasn’t super dried out," Sandoval commented. "Maybe people started to catch on?"

Expressing his disappointment, Sandoval expressed his dismay at having his name associated with a cake featuring negative connotations, revealing that the experience deeply affected him. He bid farewell to the bakery with a succinct, "Good riddance."

The bakery, which had been in business for 35 years, acknowledged the decision to close its doors, emphasizing the difficulty of the choice despite the loyalty of its customers. Limited-edition cakes, including those with the phrase "Team Ariana," were also offered amidst the controversy.
