On X, Benny Johnson shared his New Year’s resolution with over 2 million followers on social media as he posed with his youngest.

He wrote, “2024 New Years Resolution: 1. Be strong for my family.”

In another post, Johnson shared another picture, but in this one, he opened up a little bit about his past and how fatherhood changed his life.

Johnson wrote, “I was an alcoholic, overweight degenerate work-addict who cared only about myself. Fatherhood changed my life.”

He added, “Purpose: I live to defend my family —> To defend my family I must be physically & spiritually & mentally strong. Closer to God. Strong Fathers can save America 🇺🇸.”

In the same post, Johnson also shared one of his inspirations when it comes to fatherhood, Malcolm Flex, MMA Fighter, and Former D1 Athlete, and wrote, “Fathers like @Malcolm_fleX48 inspire me.”
