NEW YORK CITY, NEW YORK: During her appearance on Fox News' 'The Big Weekend Show, Tomi Lahren didn't hold back her thoughts on President Joe Biden's ABC News interview with George Stephanopoulos, particularly highlighting his "defiant" behavior.

"We all watched the ABC News interview," began the conservative political commentator, setting the stage for her critique. She added, "Obviously, other Americans were watching, but it was July 5, so if they wanted to slide something in under the radar, the Friday after the Fourth of July was probably the day to do it."

Lahren wasted no time diving into her analysis of Biden's ABC News interview. She noted, "I think roughly 22 minutes long, it didn’t last a full half-hour. In the entirety of the time, I heard Joe Biden say, 'I’m sorry, but I had a bad night.' But... I had a bad night. It was anybody else’s fault. But, but, but, here's excuse, excuse, excuse."

Reflecting on the implications of Biden's demeanor, Lahren posed a critical question: "Fifteen days later, when you watch it, did you think this is a guy that’s going to hold onto his nomination?"

She further remarked, "The Lord Almighty is not coming down. First Lady Jill Biden probably not going to say anything similar. We know she wants to hold on just as much if not more than Joe does."

Lahren called out the president's "defiance towards George Stephanopoulos," admitting that "there hasn't been many times in his presidency that he has been challenged that way." She added, "I still think it was a softball interview, but more challenged than we’ve seen him probably to date."

President Biden's first TV interview since his lackluster debate was intended to bolster confidence in his candidacy amid mounting concerns from fellow Democrats about his reelection bid, as per The New York Times

However, reactions from Democrats afterward indicated that the ABC News interview did little to sway opinions on whether Biden should stay in the race or step aside.

"He doesn’t even know he’s low functioning, this is outrageous," noted someone else. One more observed, "This is a prime example of why there should be term limits."

Another person joked, "We all have relatives like him that are defiant about us taking their car keys away, moving them into a care facility or telling them they can’t care for themselves."

"Leave sleepy Joe Biden alone, he is the best person to put Donald Trump back in the White House," remarked an individual.
