LOS ANGELES, CALIFORNIA: Travis Scott doesn’t take the Grammy Awards lightly! The rapper has been nominated 10 times for the award in his career but lost every time.

Reflecting on missing out on the prestigious award, the ‘Fein’ crooner showed up at The SpringHill Company’s ‘The Shop’ which also had other stars like LeBron James, Ice Spice, New York Jets star Sauce Gardner and ex-FL wide receiver Chad Ochocinco.

What do the Grammy Awards mean to Travis Scott?

Travis Scott shared his thoughts on the Grammy Award and said, “A lot of our peers everyone’s like, ‘F–k that award.’ I f–k with it. You play football to win a Super Bowl, you play basketball to win championships. It’s what that Grammy used to mean is the idea I hold on to. I love to create music.”

Scott also talked about performing at the Grammys and said, “That award is just like at one point was held up to a higher stature, but I still believe it, in a sense. It’s crazy rap’s not on TV."

"It’s like, you sit there and they air the rap award at 2 or 1:30, but you gotta perform at 8:30. So imagine losing at 1:30 and having to sit there for seven hours? Like f–k this s–t, you be like, ‘I wanna just dip. F–k this s–t,” he added.

This year, Travis lost to Killer Mike’s ‘Michael’ against his album ‘Utopia’ and it was Cardi B who won the award with ‘Invasion of Privacy’ earlier, the TMZ reported.

After losing to Mike earlier this year, Travis went on and performed from ‘Utopia’ cuts songs like 'I Know', 'My Eyes', and 'Fe! n' with Playboi Carti.
